The location
Jordi Stockoffice is planned to be constructed in the Jõhvi Business Park (only 1 km from the centre of Jõhvi), right next to the busy Tallinn–Narva highway. The business park is a constantly developing industrial park on a 45-hectare area, bringing together companies from several different fields.

The building
The planned Jordi Stockoffice will be a low-energy building (energy class B) with an excellent location, the first of its kind in Ida-Viru County! Solar panels will be installed on the south wall of the building, reducing the operating costs of the building. There will be circular traffic around the building, with very good access to all rental premises, and sufficient parking spaces.
The exterior and interior walls of the Stockoffice will be made of lightweight sandwich panels; the fire walls inside the building will be made of stone blocks. The reinforced concrete load-bearing posts of the building will also be supported by reinforced concrete shallow foundations. The roof will be built on metal trusses supported by posts.
